2 flights on IB J.First-the food was inedible,FAs the worst I have ever experienced.
Second-I was on an AA ticket.checked the night before the flight.everything was OK.Got to MAD-sorry your flight has been cancelled.Well I see you have another flight today can you book us on that.No Your problem.Found another agent and rebooked.Am i giving them another chance-No way.hard product was OK.
4 segments on LAN J.I prefer their seat.Food adequate,wines brilliant.FAs-most were great.Will I fly them again-you bet.
