To Start:
Warm mixed nuts or Marinated cheese antipasto (we were served both)

Appetizer:
Smoked salmon and herb marinated shrimp

Salad:
fresh seasonal greens and an assortment of fresh vegetables offered with pepper cream dressing or Sapori olive oil and basalmic vinegar

Bread Basket:
Assorted gourmet breads offered with butter or Sapori olive oil

Main Course:
Caribbean Crusted Beef
Fillet of beef with a caribbean-style crust. Offered with garlic butter and french potato salad.

Lamb Medallions
Lamb medallions offered with marionberry glaze, cilantry mashed potatoes, grilled asperagus tips and roasted cherry tomatoes

Shrimp and Scallops
Seared shrimp and scallops accompanied by an East Indian Curry sauce, served with aromatic jasmine rice and vegetable ratatouille.

Garden Lasagna
Lasagna layered with a blend of cheeses, complimented by diced zucchini, carrots, and broccoli topped with tomato basil sauce

Dessert:
Ice Crean Sundae:
Vanilla ice cream with a choice of hot fudge, butterscotch or seasonal berry toppings, whipped cream and pecans.

Basil caciotta and white cheddar cheese accompanied by seasonal grapes **Not offered**

Breakfast:
Chilled orange juice
Fresh seasonal fruit
Pepper jack cheese omelette with a chedder cheese sour cream potato timbale and turkey sausage flavored with sun-dried tomato and basil
