Cleared customs at JFK and the agents were clueless about GE. The agent insisted that I must have a cutoms declaration when I handed him the receipt. Finally he asked another agent which shrugged his shoulders and said he guesses thats what I turn in. He took it and I went on my way.
Also, my flight information and cities do no come up correctly. Even when putting it in manually I only have a handful of cities to choose from which I usually have to push none of the above. Is this common to everyone else or just me?
