I'm glad you had a good stay. The furniture was new in our room, but not made for our room, so you could barely walk between the odd mini-fridge cabinet and the bed. The room was very dark and gloomy, and did not look like it had been painted or recarpeted. Perhaps we were just unlucky, but it doesn't surprise me that your first room had a leak.
