I have stayed at both recently. Peter St. is a nice location, very new, great showers. The Dundas location has a nice lobby, but it the rooms are very dated, the furniture not fitting the tiny layouts, dark, dingy rooms & hallways, and not a great location. And the service was, well, really bad.
