The HGI mentioned in this thread is on Peter (1 block from King) so close to the so called entertainment district (with restaurants/theatres). This hotel was built from scratch. ACC is not that far off (15 min walk?)

The Dundas location which is "newer" to the HGI brand (but actually a "refurbished" Marriott/Courtyard) IMO would be less central
