Sorry, I checked myself today and Virgin is not one of the airlines that partners with Priority Club. But, in general at least (tho I don't know if this helps you), there are a number of other foreign airlines that Priority Club members earn 500 miles per stay with at EVERY kind of property in that program, including Express. Check:
