I too signed up for the 10,000 pts back in 9/03. I received only 2,500 pts. In 10/03 I called Amex about my addtl 7,500 and the CSR told me it should post the next HH stmt. No show. In 01/04, I called Amex again and the CSR put in a research request and that I will hear something. 02/04 I recv'd a letter from Amex telling me to contact HH for the addt'l 7,500 pts. HH told me to contact Amex. I contacted Amex and asked for a Supv. He credited me 6,000 pts because that is the max his system will allow. He told me to contact him after my next HH stmt and he will post and addt'l 2,000 pts (1,500 rem & 500 for the inconvenience. What a hassle.
I too kept a copy of the HH web page where I signed up. I am not waiting a month. I will be calling back today for my addt'l pts. I wonder why I rcvd only 2,500 pts after my first purchase and all of you recvd 7,500? The bottom line is that we all did not receive 10,000 as promised.

For those of you who haven't contacted Amex for the addtl pts, please do. Ask for a Supv, do not get off the phone until they agree to credit you the pts. Also, get there name and location. Good luck.
