Mrs. MileKing spoke with AMEX on Friday and apparently they are aware of the problem. She was told to expect the additional 2500 bonus points in 4-6 weeks. Of course, I have my doubts about much of what AMEX says so if the points are not there by end of March, rest assured, we will be on the phone with AMEX again.
