I apologize if this was already covered. I did a search for Amex 10 for the last 90 days and found nothing.

The Hilton website indicates signing up for their co-branded Amex card will result in a 10K HHonors point bonus upon first purchase. I signed up for the card through that link and my first billing cycle ended yesterday. I received only 7,500 points. I know that is what's offered on Amex's site but thought clicking through the Hilton website offer would get me the extra points.

Has anyone else experienced the same problem. Is it worth pursuing, and if so would it be more productive to contact Amex or Hilton?
