Cygnus X-1, see my post above. My client wouldn't accept the printed confirmation as a receipt, even though it said pre-paid, non-refundable. And then to make it worse, I had to wait until the cc statement showed & then it took forever to get paid - while that's not Hilton's fault, the fact that I didn't have a receipt at the end was - I don't care if it's Hilton.com (sorry cordelli), or Hilton itself - as far as I'm concerned it's HILTON. And btw, they're in bizness to serve their customer; I'm not in bizness to go through their screwy, inconsistent procedures.
