I've also not had any luck with getting a receipt for pre-paid web reservations. I've talked to two hotels about it and they've both said they can't issue a receipt and I talked to Hilton's customer service and have had no luck there either. The confirmation they send via email does state that it's a prepaid, non-refundable rate. If you need it for reimbursement perhaps this will work for you. My husband will be submitting one of those next week. I don't know if he'll get reimbursed or not.
