Nothing on receipt for web rate
I stayed at a Hilton in Md this week on a web rate that required paying in advance. When I got the receipt, it said charges 0, balance 0. I asked for a real receipt for the amount that I paid, and they gave me a number to call. I asked again and they still wouldn't give me a receipt. The receipt that I got as a result of the phone call didn't really cleanly identify what was going on, i.e. that I stayed at a hotel a particular night and paid for it.
Has anyone else had positive or negative experiences getting a real receipt when booking a web rate?
