my recollection (on a mid J 744) is that there is only one bassinet on the main deck. That was based on a trip in April, although I could be mistaken. I asked about this in a thread at the time which anyone who is interested can dig out. Perhaps sunrise or cihy can help?

However, if I remember correctly a bassinet position is immediately adjacent to the WT cabin and would therefore be a lot easier for the OP to take one (or both) of the twins to be looked after by the nanny who's seated in that cabin.
It's going to be almost impossible for the nanny to provide any kind of help to you in UD CW seats as visitors are not allowed upstairs for security reasons.
