CIHY is better qualified to answer this as he's more familiar with 747 layouts. (We don't have them at LGW any more, more's the pity )

However, if I remember correctly a bassinet position is immediately adjacent to the WT cabin and would therefore be a lot easier for the OP to take one (or both) of the twins to be looked after by the nanny who's seated in that cabin.
It's going to be almost impossible for the nanny to provide any kind of help to you in UD CW seats as visitors are not allowed upstairs for security reasons.
