I'm glad someone else noticed this. As StrandedinSC noted, it is not at all limited to this route. I have a reservation that includes an ORD-BNA segment on Eagle on 10/4 and I just got an email a few days ago advising me of a 'change in schedule. The times had not changed at all, not even by a minute, AA just switched the flight number.
