the twin triumph is the smallest twin buggy we could find, but having read the replies on this thread (particularly from CIHY) to be as sure as you can be of getting the buggies on board it looks as if two very small singles are your best bet.

As other posters have said, there is only one bassient position on the upper deck IIRC? Which may be a problem. On the other hand, I think there is only one bassinet position on the main deck, so that may not make a difference. If there is only one bassinet on each deck, then the upper deck wins hands down when travelling with babies IMHO. The middle seats at the back of the main cabin are horrible. The longhaul 767 is also good. We have found the A, B and then the next seat accross the aisle (if you see what I mean) work particularly well for us.

As for the nanny, subject to anything CIHY has to say, I think it is unlikely she will. Be allowed into the CW cabin to look after the baby, and particularly not on the upper deck. BA's policy on upper deck visitors is well documented on here. I think you might have to look after the babies on your own. You could always put one in WT with your nanny
