No. Either some lucky people will not end up in a middle seat for the rotation, or if load is light enough some people won't rotate at all.

Similarly in F on A380 there is mention of every pax having window access. Thus the centre seats will either be unsold, or more likely assigned to couples (who can then use the ottoman in their partner's seat).

Hmmm - don't shoot the messenger - I was just going by the diagrams showing how the seats will change during the flight. The pdf link clearly shows on the A380 that BOTH windows will rotate to the centre E seat
