When I was there at 2pm on Tuesday, there were no ticketing agents and they sent someone over who obviously wasn't well-qualified/trained for the task.
When I ticketed my Chase "free companion ticket" at the int'l RCC at SFO a year ago, the agent there wasn't familiar with that one either. She kept my paperwork and paged me when she had it all worked out with the helpdesk. At least then I didn't have to stand around at the counter for an hour.
