That's ok, except there are only 7 across! The diagram on their website shows AB-->DE and also JK-->EF

So E is being used twice!
No. Either some lucky people will not end up in a middle seat for the rotation, or if load is light enough some people won't rotate at all.

Similarly in F on A380 there is mention of every pax having window access. Thus the centre seats will either be unsold, or more likely assigned to couples (who can then use the ottoman in their partner's seat).
