The ticketing experience at SFO is highly variable. I just ticketed there earlier this week because I was in the area -- parked in short-term parking which conveniently takes FastTrack, there was one person ahead of me in the ticketing line whose transaction took only a few minutes, and my transaction was completed in record time. My garage receipt shows I was there for 15 minutes!!

I've occasionally ticketed in the RCC and agree that the CSRs there have been very good, but I'm not going to buy a refundable ticket just to get air-side to get access to the RCC if I'm not flying that day.
