There's Budget Suites where I stay. And there's InTowne Suites, which are actually higher the first month, but I won't use them because they make you stand outside of your room for 20 minutes a week while they (mandatory) clean. Sucks.
There's Sun Suites, which I know little about, but I know of no others.
Stay AWAY from the InTowne Suites. I just stayed there about a month ago. The place is an absolute dump. I went and checked out a few other places around there and they were not any better. I saw the Sun Suites and it looked pretty nice from the outside, but they were about $70 more for the week and the check-in office at InTowne was closing in like 15 minutes and they were not open the next day (Sunday), so I was going to be out at least 2 days of $$ anyway so I just bit the bullet. Thankfully we were able to close on our house a few days early and we just slept on an air matress on the floor. The trailer with all of our stuff on it couldn't be delivered until a few days later, but it was still way nicer than InTowne Suites.
InTowne gives you 2 really cheap towels that you get to keep, and they do not exchange them for you. They also give you 1 dinky bar of soap and no shampoo. I was also shocked that they do not give you any plates, cups, cookware, etc.
They were cheaper on a weekly basis than Extended Stay was, but if you are looking to stay a month, I think Extended Stay is only $699. Otherwise I would at least check out the Sun Suites.
