I dont know... not renting alot on Airports but at the HLE I get a pretty much consistent service, the prices are absolutely low with all these cupon codes (just today I picked a rental Fri-Tue and paid 42$ for a midsize). Considering I earn 1700 BD Miles per rental...
You dont book Hertz because of their great awards, thats for sure.
Dont forget: It's a car rental company not a FFP ! The main purpose is getting your rental processed more efficient and with that I think Hertz does a pretty good job.
