now $15.
Stayed there on Labour Day weekend, and I got zero Platinum recognition other than the Platinum amenity.
Room overlooking the parking lot, no free bottled water, no chocolate mints, no late check out, no note welcoming me back to the hotel or thanking me for my business, no fruit plate, NOTHING!
Yes, the hotel was sold out, but I was hoping to impress my 2 friends and their husbands with how good SPG is to me. (I booked 3 rooms with the free nights promo.) They are both loyal Marriott members. Turns out they got the bottled water and chocolate mints and discount coupons for dinner ($40). Me, I got nothing, nada, nil, zip!
