Not to change the topic of this thread but...

For all you legacy flyers who want to keep pointing out that SWA provides no real benefits vs. (insert your favorite legacy here), answer me one question.

Have you ever had a discussion, on the record, with any employee regarding a policy, practice or feature, new or old, where their reply included any (or all) of the following?

1. I'm going to have to do some research on this one.

2. but, I just don't know

3. its all still so new, and I haven't learned this one inside and out yet.

4. Will let you know what I find out

THIS is what we are talking about here on the SWA forum. The openness, candor & fallibility in an honest give and take. Tell me that a $5 difference in a $450 flight really makes that much of a difference to you. I will (and may) happily pay $5 extra every trip, content in knowing that if a situation arises, I will get a straight answer, and help resolving the issue.

Do you "High End Travelers" get this same access? Every one of us, from A-List, CP, BS, EBCI, down to the once a year travelers get that here.

And I applaud SWA for allowing Victor & Brian to be here, open and as helpful as they are. Because understand one thing. Their official presence IS a corporate policy, not just the work of a couple of wildcatters drifting off the reservation.

I'll take that over US Air's First Class cabin anytime.

It seems like the EBCI would still have its original timestamp of when you purchased the EB option .. . and that it would key off of that . . .but, I just don't know - its all still so new, and I haven't learned this one inside and out yet.

Will let you know what I find out.
