...going online to NWA's website a couple of days before you're flight to find out that you have already been upgraded to first class. I'm a firm believer in the Amex Delta Reserve. My upgrade success as a meager silver has increased dramatically since I signed up in April. Coincidence, maybe. Happiness, definately.
