Wakko - you seem to have missed my point. I now understand that only I can use my earned points. That said, its a lousy facet of the program that I wasn't aware of, and many other aspects of Hertz services have been extremely poor over the last 6-9 months.

Will I get better service elsewhere? Probably not. Will I pay less? Absolutely.
