We are currently experiencing WorldPerks login difficulties on nwa.com, causing customers to be unable to access their WorldPerks account information or book an award ticket. Customers may purchase a ticket on nwa.com by choosing 'Guest' during the booking process.

I just called today and the agent stated that the WorldPerks database is down. She suggested I wait until tomorrow to attempt to log in, suggesting a fairly serious issue, whatever it may be. My sympathies to those attempting to book reward travel today.
