Technical correction. Gasteiz also known to the Spanish as Vitoria is the capital of the Basque autonomous community. Bilbo (Bilbao to the spanish) is the capital of Bizkaia.

You can try the other cities in the Basque region, not to mention the towns and villages. Biarritz & Bayonne in France. Donostia and Iruņea in Spain.
