Rather bizarely QF ranked 3rd in Y but not even in top 10 for Business Class. (I'd have them a lot lower in Y and a lot higher in J myself ! )

QF have the best in-flight entertainment apparently... assuming this is when it actually works of course !

For Long-haul leisure travel, Virgin Atlantic leads with a top-flight 93.73 for lounge/flight facilities and 83.90 for punctuality/efficiency. You say Qantas has the best in-flight entertainment (97.87), Air New Zealand the best catering (94.02) and Singapore Airlines is top for service/staff (88.86).
