Whilst the new UA J config looks okay, the old config (on the vast majority of their aircraft) is pretty dire.
Hmm thanks for the update, I guess we'll have to go with UA and hope for the best.
Or is it possible to go with LX or LH? Would this be recommended? We wouldnt mind the connections and extra duration involved if the inflight service is superior.
