I've read the rules and it looks like based on my travels by the end of the year I may hit EPLT. Here's what I don't fully understand.

I almost always have to fly STX-SJU to get to and from wherever I'm going.

STX-SJU 94 actual miles which gets me 500. During the DEQM period do I get 688 miles (500 min + 98 actual X2 for DEQM) or 1000 (2 X 500)?

Since they don't post the DEQM from earlier this year online I can't see how it's figured.
