I read the sticky and searched for the debates re: the 77A vs 74A... I've only flown the 74A. I'm flying out of LAX next July to HKG in J... should I try to fly out of SFO to fly on the 74A upstairs, which sounds like general consensus is that it is nicer? Also seems like upgrading to F or finding award seats on F will be more difficult on the 77A since there are fewer F seats... and finally, I'm also reading that the 74's are all converting to 77's anyway so I'm wondering if choosing a route based on aircraft a year out really makes much sense...

Opinions welcome...
