How long did it take folks to get the RCC passes? I claimed my award in late July and still haven't gotten them.
I got an e-mail almost immediately (within a day or so, IIRC) with a link to download and print them. I have not done so yet - in (likely vain) hopes of getting a longer expiration by not "printing" the passes until later.
