Tchibo prepaid expiration is 365 days after the last refill. You can refill online or via bank transfer as well; refill cards are available in Tchibo stores, too (starting at 10€).

Oh, if you buy two Tchibo SIM cards (just the SIMs--no phones) at the same time, you only pay 5€ for the 2nd one.
