I agree with Freefall. I continue to be amazed at how difficult most hotels make finding an empty plug at a convenient height, particularly near the bedside stand and the desk, which are where I usually want them. I do not want to put my black cellphone to charge in some dark corner on the floor, and it is surprising how often I end up dragging my suitcase to an awkward spot in the room merely to have something huge that the cellphone can sit in while charging so that I don't forget it or step on it. This is particularly an issue when we're traveling for pleasure, since there are then two (or more) cellphones, etc. to be charged.

I also don't appreciate having to move heavy nightstands around in order to get to the one available plug.
