your friends that are staying there, are they on an equally cheap rate? Did theirs disappear too? If not it would make me thing more a system problem than "shady" trying to purge the cheap rates cause they are full. I mean thats just asking, no begging, to have a full blown unpleasant incident in your lobby, can't see why anyone would intentionally bring that upon themselves.
