Ok another update - the rep forwarded my confirmation email along with my friends to the GM of the hotel. Hopefully they correct it. I'll let you guys know.

Still beyond ridiculous that I have to go through this and waste my time. What if I didn't check into this? I would arrive with no reservation and I literally would have blown the roof off the place I would have been so pissed.
