So I found a great rate at the new Aloft Jacksonville Airport over the FL/GA game weekend of $79/nt back in July. I booked it. Got the email and it was in my upcoming stays for a while.

Went in today and it's gonealled the plat line and they have no idea. I'm on with customer care right now and they are saying the same, although they have me on hold right now.

I'm going to be MEGA pissed off if they can't get me in this hotel as I have friends staying here too! (it's sold out now)

Anyone ever have this happen before? I also tried looking it up by conf # as well.
