I know when they started the 45-min cutoff at MCO, the GAs would come onboard an arriving a/c and make an announcement about the 45-min rule. I guess that wouldn't help anyone originating from RNO, but it would have helped in your case. Asking for some kind of notation on a ticket receipt is a little much considering DL's IT situation (it shouldn't be an issue at all, but that is for another thread).
