There is one more former SQ destination: QPG Paya Lebar Airport, the predecessor to Changi Airport before it was opened. I think they used the SIN IATA code for it then but SIN was assigned to Changi when it opened.
And of course, the Don Muang international Airport (DMK) which was BKK until Suvarnabhumi was opened and took the BKK designator.
