Have just returned from a DONE4 where we flew Iberia from Madrid to Lima...The lounge in Madrid is fabulous with loads of great food to snack on...our flight was the 12.30pm service so not fussed about the angled flat seat...food was just OK and the wine average and the service rather poor...FA bearable and not in the same class as BA/Qantas..But we arrived safely and that was the main thing....Flew LAN from Lima to Miami and a much better result with better food and wine and the FA marginally better...For me it is a bit of a toss up as neither comes close to BA,Qantas or Cathay...But if I would have to chose then it would be LAN.
