It goes without saying that you need supply for your demand. Or in other words: If Hyatt does not offer a hotel where you like to stay you can’t choose Hyatt for overnight accomodation!

If you are only flexible to shift some stays to Hyatt, I don’t see any other reason that you booked for several other stays prepaid rates. I see the only reason to book non-refundable rates, if they are cheaper than other options.

To conclude: While I don’t see any rational why you are frustrated not knowing if and when FFN will start (you could book refundable rates at your preferred Hyatt properties and cancel your reservations if promo is not offered or not attractive enough to your needs), I notice your disappointment:
