Which is about half the plane on QF11. I saw over 100 WPs and 20 CLs on one QF11 flight. For some reason (presumably connections) QF11 has an AWFUL lot of high-status pax, far more than any other LAX-SYD flight.
Seat assignments are often taken from singles in order to seat a couple together, and this WILL happen even when the couple are lower status, as long as QF staff consider the new seat to be "just as good". So in that sense it is quite possible to be bumped by a Bronze
