I have a whole page of promos listed under my account number, from concerts, free rooms, slot tournaments, boxing matches etc. But I can't seem to book any of these directly online--is there something I'm not doing correctly; does this feature really exist.?
[On www.harrahs.com, one can book about 80% of the promos online.]
