I had recently stayed at Conrad Brussels and was given a stay credit for a pre-paid booking via Expedia Canada (although the stay dollar amount as shown in my stay history was rather low -- will need to follow-up with them on that).

By the way, it's a great property and the rooms are very large, especially by European standards.

To be on the safe side, be sure to charge something to your room and get an invoice at the end of the stay so that you have a record of the stay itself.
