I'm not positive, but I think it's any US to European route - meaning even AA routes between the US and CDG/BCN/MXP/etc. are excluded from BA earning. If that's indeed the case (as I am pretty sure it is) then it's hard to imagine a BA flight to an alternate London terminal somehow getting an exception... hopefully all this will be changed in a more reasonable way sometime soon.

If I'm wrong on this, I'm sure someone will come tell me.
