For reasons which I do not comprehend I too find QF to be the least consistent airline that I fly with any regularity. I have had stellar service and then absolutely awful service. I am very reluctant to pay for J on Qf because of this inconsistency. Trans-Tasman it is unavoidable and in my experience ok but not great but syd-lhr you never know what you are going to get. I am don't expect that much but having your main course pushed under the plate you are eating your appetizer off??
