Yeah, there's nothing quite like closing that stable door after all the passengers have bolted. I can imagine wee Willie standing there forlornly scratching his head and wondering where everyone has gone.
Perhaps I'm the exception as I always travel with sports equipment, I have a young child (stroller!) and we don't always travel in premium cabins. I always appreciated the service that BA provided above and beyond their competitors, but now they appear to be turning into just 'any other airline'. But hey it's only me that's affected so no problems. I'm sure by changing my preferred airline it will not send BA over the edge. Nope no way. Everything is good in BA land.
