Did the FFs show you the media blitz UA received last winter when it cancelled its GRU flights for almost a week in a row? Or the recent debacle of a UA pilot landing a GRU-ORD flight at MIA, an airport that doesn't even have UA employees anymore, because of alleged flight attendant insubordination? Or that that UA has come very close to losing its lounge altogether at GRU?

I think these issues certainly outweigh the AA issues cited on a single trip.
