4 hours:

1 hour to clear LGW (no experience with a non-EU passport but doesn't sound unreasonable)
30mins waiting time for the coach
1 hour to LHR
30mins transfer CBT to T4
1 hour cut off

Not masses of time but not unreasonable either.
